Happy Thursday. We’re now in the hot, sweaty dog days of summer, so our publishing schedule is like a Britney Spears Instagram post — all over the place. We are aiming to do at least one post per week, but they’re a little lighter than unusual. However today we have a really special one.

The Legends of Drag, is a book that features legendary “Queens of a certain age” from all across the country. The book pays tribute to drag queens who pioneered drag long before Drag Race took over the genre.

After that book came out the team organized a yearlong Legends tour that culminated with a “magnificently pink cocktail party at the Trixie Motel (created by Drag Race All-Stars winner Trixie Mattel) in Palm Springs.” 

One of the Legends collaborators Deb Leal shot some gorgeous, very pretty in pink photos of the events. There’s some MAJOR icons in the photos that follow. And we are so excited to be able to exclusively share them wit you all.
